Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK. For international shipping requests, contact us and we’ll check options for your location.

What is the average turnaround time?

Our standard processing time for custom laser engraving is 3-5 business days. Large or complex orders may take longer, but we will always provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.

Can I provide my own artwork for engraving?

Absolutely! We accept various vector file formats (AI, SVG, DXF) and high-resolution images. Our team can help optimize your design to ensure the highest quality finish on your chosen material.

How long do personalised items take?

Most personalised engraving orders are ready within 3–5 business days from artwork approval. If you need a faster turnaround, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

How do I return items?

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. Because most items are personalised, returns are handled case by case to make things fair for both you and our team.

Do you do gift cards or vouchers?

Yes. We offer digital gift vouchers in a range of amounts. Just contact us with the value you’d like, and we’ll email a personalised voucher that can be used on any of our engraving services.
